Booking Your First Session:

- Schedule Your Session: Secure your spot on our schedule and receive an email detailing the next steps.
- Personalize Your Experience: Complete the required health history form and optional session goals and preferences forms to tailor your appointment. This preparation allows us to not only meet but exceed your expectations.
- Arrival: Please arrive 15 minutes early for your initial appointment. This allows us to complete any remaining paperwork and discuss your session goals, ensuring a seamless and personalized experience from the start.
Post-Session:
We’ll briefly discuss your experience and any future session plans, aligning with your wellness journey.
Policies
Flexibility in Life’s Moments:
I understand unexpected events occur. Policies are applied with discretion to accommodate life’s unpredictability.
Cancellations:
24-Hour Notice: Please provide at least a 24-hour notice for cancellations or rescheduling, allowing us to offer your slot to another client seeking relaxation.
Fees: Cancellations without a 24-hour notice will incur a charge of half the massage cost. Repeated late cancellations will result in a charge for the full session and may affect your ability to book future appointments.
No-Show Policy:
Missing your appointment without notice will result in a charge for the full massage cost.
Late Arrivals:
If you anticipate being late, inform us as soon as possible. Late arrivals will be charged the full session fee and may receive a shortened treatment to respect the schedules of all our clients.

Where do I park?
Please look for the parking spaces marked with our signs along the side of the building, right near the entrance. If the lot happens to be full, there is plenty of street parking available on West Allen Street.
