Dragon Hand Massage is a small, locally owned, appointment-only studio in Mechanicsburg with a steady, established client base and a calm, unhurried pace, and as we grow, we’re glad to hear from talented therapists we can bring on.

Our massage therapist positions are part-time, W-2 roles (not contract work) for therapists who do excellent hands-on work, take pride in a clean and welcoming space, and want to build lasting relationships with clients in a setting that values quality over volume. Part-time 15-20 hands-on hrs/week Flexible schedule

What You’ll Do

  • Perform massage and bodywork, including Swedish, deep tissue, and therapeutic work, tailored to each client’s needs
  • Prepare and reset your treatment room between clients, including laundering studio-provided linens
  • Check clients out and help them rebook to support continuity of care
  • Keep accurate, professional session notes
  • Maintain a clean, calm, and welcoming space throughout your shift

What We’re Looking For

  • A current Pennsylvania massage therapy license (LMT)
  • Current professional liability insurance, active before your first day
  • Reliability, professionalism, and genuine care for clients
  • Comfortable working independently. You’ll often be the only person in the building, opening and closing, so we need someone trustworthy and safety-minded
  • Experience with prenatal massage, reflexology, assisted stretching, or Reiki is a plus, but not required

What We Offer

Pay & Earnings

  • Commission-based pay starting at 42% of each service. A 60-minute massage earns a $39.90 commission
  • Tips on top of that. Clients typically tip 15 to 25 percent, bringing most 60-minute sessions to roughly $55 to $65 total
  • Paid weekly by direct deposit
  • Your commission rate is reviewed after a 90-day probationary period
